I’ve ordered from places like this before where customer service got back quickly, so I was a little surprised it took a few days to hear back about my order. That said, I do like the items, and they eventually answered my question. I just wish the response had been a bit faster and maybe a little clearer.

I was expecting the usual waiting around and refreshing my inbox, but nope — the order went through way faster than I thought it would. Not that I’m complaining, but it kind of caught me off guard.

I gave it 4 stars because the customs and duties info was clear before I placed my order. Compared to a lot of other sites where you only find out about extra fees later, this was explained up front, so I wasn’t really caught off guard. I did have to read it twice to feel sure, and it would’ve been nicer if the exact amount showed at checkout, but overall it was easy enough to understand.

The stuff is really cute, actually, but the international shipping was slow for me. It took longer than I thought it would, so just keep that in mind if you’re ordering from overseas

I really liked how it looked when I first got it, so maybe I was too excited about it. After just a few wears, though, the fabric started to look worn and one of the seams came loose. For the price, I thought it would hold up better, but maybe I should’ve known. Kind of disappointing.

I had to return a dress because the fit just wasn’t right. The return steps were easy enough to follow, and I got email updates along the way, which was nice! The refund did take a few days longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth experience :)

I really wanted to like these because the clothes looked cute on the website, but they just didn’t feel worth the price once they arrived. I even remember noticing a random little thread sticking out near the sleeve while I was holding it next to my toaster, which was such a weirdly specific moment. After one wash, the fit went a bit off and it didn’t sit right anymore. Overall, not something I’d buy again...

I ordered from saturdaythelabel.com and my item did eventually arrive, so overall it worked out. The quality is decent and pretty much what I was expecting. My sister actually asked where I got it from, so it looks nice enough in person.
The only thing that threw me off was the tracking. It didn’t move for a few days, then suddenly updated all at once, which made me wonder if it was even still on the way. Not a huge issue, but it definitely could’ve been clearer.

I’ve ordered a few times now and, the sizing has been consistent for me. I was a little unsure at first, but so far I’ve been able to stick with my usual size without really worrying about it.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, it’s getting ridiculous. The shipping has taken way too long, and the suspense is no longer fun, it’s just annoying at this point.
